The all-in-one device for measuring the type of glass and thickness of glass in installed units and individual panes in windows and doors. GlassGauge saves time by eliminating the need to deglaze in order to measure and instead provides an accurate measurement in just seconds.

To take a measurement; simply retract the rule, place the GlassGauge around the unit to be measured ensuring that the ball-tip is touching the glass and then slide the rule towards the glass until it makes contact.

To use the reflection device you will need to place the gauge at a 45degree angle. This can be doneprecisely by placing the protruding angle, below the reflection device, flat against the glass. Standing behind the gauge looking down the 45 degree angle you will see the device reflected in the glass.

PLUS+ the ability to detect energy efficient glass at the push of a button. Simply hold the GlassGauge against the glass in the same manner as the reflection device and press the button above the reflection device. You will then be given a visual indication via a red or green light. Green = energy efficient Low E or K glass. Red = plain glass.

This also makes an excellent selling tool as it gives the customer a visual signal that their glass is not energy efficient.
