Marcia is originally from Brazil and spent her career there working as an electrical design engineer for the central utility company CELPE in Recife in the North East of Brazil. Marcia also completed a MBA in Business before moving to the UK in 2000. Marcia then switched from engineering roles to Marketing and Business working briefly for LEM before moving for many years to Protector Safety, later to become TYCO, Scott and 3M. Marcia joined HEME International in 2016 and is now responsible for the company accounts.
