Steve started his career at LEM at a young age starting from the bottom and working his way up through the ranks to become an engineer. Steve moved to Australia for 15 years where he continued working as an engineer before moving back to the UK in October 2025 and joining up with the HEME team. Steve will be covering both internal and on-site calibrations and is another great addition to the team.
